This awesome. We had corned beef. Made with beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer. And what else do you have with it but...
Potatoes and carrots, of course! (also pictured: disgusting cabbage, and my mom's right hand.) Now, I know what you're thinking... something's missing. And you're right.

Gulden's brown LESSER mustard, and a bottle of horseradish sauce, or as I call it, "Vitamin H." I was the only one who had some of it.
(The rest of my family are spice wusses.) Also in this photo are some awesome rye and pumpernickel bread loaves. I set the table, doing the nice fork/knife wrapping for everyone, as well as setting the bread and condiments out in the picture.
Deeeeeeeeeeeeeelish. Even though my phone's camera cut half of this off. >_<
