I love them all. Hard to pick a favorite. With the first one you have the origins of the family and James Caan. Second one has more of Pacino which I like although did not like how evil he became especially to his own family, but hey that was the business. Third one was good but really sad all the way around.

Well, not a popular trilogy, I see. I prefer GF2, but yes, the trilogy is all enjoyable. I liken it to a modern Greek tragedy. Tragedy is the underlying theme.
Oh, and I forgot to comment on the "sister" in "The GodFather Triology" played by Talia Shire (also played Adrian in "Rocky"). I really loved her story. Her relationship to her brother (Pacino's character) was sweet but also kind of eye opening in some ways. The guy she married was a total heal and boy did he get what was coming to him! I think what troubled me most about the movies was Frodo (I think that was the brother's name), the way he was treated and how he met his end. That was bone chilling to me. Still say this is one of the best series of movies of all time.

Fans of "The GodFather" saga may be interested to know that actress Morgana King, who played the role of the wife of GodFather Vito Corleone (actor Marlon Brando), has passed away. She was 87. She also had a very popular singing career.
