Spiderman Broadway Musical

Postby Silver_Surfer1 » Tue Nov 13, '07, 7:16 pm

Here's a link to a news story about the group ' U2 ' possibly doing a Spiderman Broadwary Musical in the near future.

What do you think about Spiderman being done as a Musical?

I agree with the article writer, they simply must have the "Spiderman Theme"! Don't you think so? :note:

Huh, that's not something I would have expected to hear about. It should be interesting, not that I'll ever actually see it.

Ewww, spiderman can't be a musical, they'd have to be REALLY good, in order to make it any good, I don't like it to begin with so a musical would pretty much scare me away.
Everything has a pattern. Something set. Even random things. They aren't random at all, its complex mathematics. The trick is to find the pattern. Then you can exploit it.

People think things have a certain end. Taxes. Work. Due dates don't really exist. Trust me. When you put a band of world scholars in the same room, and set them on talking about anything, the most interesting topics come up. The existence of negative time. The probability of "random occurrence". The government's involvement in the media. And falsified due dates. They aren't real, trust me....

Sparky... Haven't you ever heard the Spiderman theme? It's catchy! :D

Also, if they actually did a musical, I'd be interested in the songs in it. :note:

:sing: Spider-Man, Spider-Man, Does Whatever A Spider Can... :sing:

That has to be the most popular cartoon theme ever. Even the first PlayStation game used it for the title screen. I'd really like to have a copy of that to play on my PC.

Now I want to go the broadway! Really though, I thought there had already been a Spider-Man musical. I was sure I had heard of it before.

Well anyway, it might have some good music with U2 behind it. I'd like to hear the soundtrack at least.

Spiderman and muscials just dont mix. >_< I'm sorry, but I think comics need to stay as comics. Making a movie was good, but a musical? Now you've lost me.

I pity the stagehands. Imagine all the wirework that would be needed to have Spider-Man swinging around. Somebody's going to have some tired arms after that show.
