Normal dreaming is when your subconscious thoughts wander, what you're thinking about, etc., while lucid dreaming is when you're actually conscious in your dream state and you can manipulate the dream to have whatever you want happen in it. Now, I've never experienced this, (from what I know of) but I have looked it up and it sounds pretty interesting.
I first heard about it from a friend, since he told me that he was gonna try it and he showed me information on it. I do find this subject very interesting, as I guess that you can have some pretty amazing dreams this way (that, and the whole consciousness part is fascinating to me).Secret_Surfer wrote:This is interesting. I don't recall ever hearing about these different types of dreaming, but I think I have had both normal and lucid dreams from what I can recall.
