Alternate cover art for book 21 perhaps? Perhaps someone should buy this one too... just to confirm it. Got to looking at this more closely and realized that there are two characters from PSO and one from PSP featured in the cover art. Conclusion, a special issue to commerate the 21st anniversary of the PS franchise, that's my guess at least.

The not-so-bad thing is that, as they keep coming, they postpone my second payment to my Japanese contact (transaction and shipping fees), so I can save money to pay them all next month

The art is based on that Sega used on the 20th Anniversary site, so I'd agree. It makes sense for this to be a PS anniversary issue if they're using that.

It is infact autographed by three seperate individuals, those being Takao Miyoshi, Akio Setsumaki, and a third individual for whom the translator was unable to clearly make out in the photos given in the listing. No information seems to exist for Akio, but Takao was/is a big shot in Sonic Team: http://www.giantbomb.com/takao-miyoshi/72-33672/

Maybe it's Akio Setsumasa. That's the name of a programmer who worked on PSO.

Perhaps that's the case. It would certainly explain why there are zero search results from three different search engines for "Akio Setsumaki". I guess the fellow who translated it last night for me could've misread the last character of the name. Seems Akio Setsumasa has quite a lengthy list of games he's worked on at Sega:

Great to know they are still doing PSIII-related development after all those years.
