Doctor Who

There's lots to talk about on the smaller screen.

I know. I'm actually really excited for that. Not to mention they also released the first trailer for series 9. Looking forward to September 19.

@SnorbESnorb on Twitter. The "E" stands for "Everything."

Play my games!
The ArrrPG - A game I made about being a pirate. This be a first draft, matey! Though it plays just fine, clap yer eyes on th' eventual Revised an' Expanded Edition and you'll be pleased, by thunder!

Nakama: A Card Game of Magical Girls - A completely un-playtested card game about being a magical girl.

Well, excuse me while I defy all laws of logic and common sense and do it anyway.

Doctor Who season 9 premiere, "The Magician's Apprentice," airing on BBC America in the US in one hour fifteen minutes! Be there or... not... be there...

I was going somewhere with this. ;_;

Found another bit of news regarding "Doctor Who" as they did a bit paying tribute to an album cover done by The Beatles:

Being a "Beatles" fan, I thought that was pretty cool!

Something I wanna mention before I go to work: In 1986, Colin Baker was fired as the Sixth Doctor because the head of the BBC hated him and Doctor Who. He was so angry at this that he refused to film a regeneration scene, leaving it up to his successor Sylvester McCoy to lie on the Tardis floor wearing a Sixth Doctor costume.

It looked awful, even for 1987.

Now, as you're aware, Big Finish Productions has been doing a whole bunch of audio plays that actually gave the Eighth Doctor a long run, as well as some episodes involving the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Doctors.

They finally decided to answer that age-old question this month, "So how DID the Sixth Doctor die, anyway?"

That's answered in The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure. I think it's out now.

I was surprised to see this article yesterday about the current Dr. Who, actor Peter Capaldi, leaving the series:

https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radi ... doctor-who

So, anyone have any guesses as to who the 13th Dr. Who may be?

Will 13 be a lucky number or unlucky number for the next Dr. Who?

Another actor, Neil Fingleton, has passed away recently and in reading about his career it mentioned that he was in a "Dr. Who". Anyone know what character he may have played?

Interesting article about the next "Dr. Who" and the possibility of the character being a woman:

https://www.usatoday.com/story/life/ent ... 100024164/

Also now some classic "Dr. Who" episodes may be watched on a streaming service called BritBox"
