Luthero is the hermit living near Carsonville. Even though he lives alone, away from the safety and comforts of the city, he is not your stereotypical loner that shuns all contact with others. Instead, he welcomes visitors and seems quite capable of using the latest technology. He even ventures out of his cabin for two rescue missions. He does have a few oddities, however, such as hiding an endless supply of monomates and a missile launcher somewhere.
