Video Game Review

Video Game Review is a defunct North American gaming magazine published by H & S Media, Inc. Very little information is available regarding this magazine, but appears to have been published very briefly, perhaps running for less than one year. The magazine ceased publication in 2001.

Only one issue is available for review here. It is not numbered or dated beyond the year, 2001. Despite the name, the magazine does not review any games. Instead, it consists mostly of material previewing upcoming games that appeared at that year's E3 expo. Included among those games were two versions of Phantasy Star Online ver. 2. A Phantasy Star II slow motion tip is also provided for the Sega Smash Pack.
