Electronic Game Player

Electronic Game Player was a North American magazine covering both home console and arcade video gaming. It ran for only four issues before being canceled in 1988. During the following year, the founder of the magazine, Steve Harris, launched a new magazine that incorporated and improved on many aspects of the four issue series. The new magazine, Electronic Gaming Monthly, became one of the most successful in the video game industry.
