Rudolf Steiner

Biography

Rudolf Steiner is a professional Hunter living on Motavia in AW 1284. He was once an officer in the military branch of the Motavia's government. During this service, he married and had a daughter. Sadly, the Biomonsters running wild across the planet killed many people, including Rudolf's family. After their deaths, Rudolf retired from military service and began working as a Hunter to slay Biomonsters. Like all Hunters, Rudolf was a mercenary hired for various tasks by individuals and city governments.

On hearing that Rolf and Nei were investigating the cause of the Biomonster outbreaks, Rudolf joined them. He introduced himself as "Rudo," a shorted form his full name. Rudolf is often described as being a cool headed person.

After his eventual death, Rudolf's spirit rested in the Cavern of the Sacred Sword below Esper Mansion, where he helped to shelter Elsydeon.

Rudolf's original character design was based on actor Rutger Hauer. The Generation 2 redesign dropped this aspect in favor of a resemblance entertainer Elvis Presley.
