Biography
Hapsby is a skilled robotic pilot and mechanic. His body is made primarily of the precious metal laconia. Despite these facts, Hapsby was considered "useless" and abandoned in a pile of junk and trash.
After obtaining a spaceship from Doctor Luveno, Alis Landale and her friends were told they could not pilot the craft. Instead, they had to locate Hapsby, who was capable of flying the ship. After they pulled the robot from the junk pile, he agreed to serve as the group's pilot. Hapsby also repaired another vehicle the party uncovered later.
