In this scene, Alshline is being applied to Holt after being retrieved from Tonoe. There were no scenes involving the Alshline before this one, so it is our first look at it in the game. The perspectives are quite strange on this - you might think it to be two scenes, but it is really one. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be Chaz or Hahn pouring the medicine. It looks a little like both of them.
The close up of is recycled from an earlier scene, but edited in a few ways. There are more black outlines around his hair and face. The collar is changed a bit; the image is mirrored here, so this helps give the impression that it is a view from the other side of his face.
