Game no Kanzume, for MegaCD, included the Phantasy Star II Text Adventures. In this game select screen sample from volume 1 of 2, we can see a preview of Eusis's Adventure. Each game has an animated selection icon (which is not animated in the game, weird) and a portrait from the game, plus the lady holding the sign with the name. This being a CD based game, the lady even has a voice actor.
