At long last, after many days journey and a hard climb through a strange, plant like fortress, the heroes witness the appearance of Zio. Called the Black Magician, this man is responsible for countless tragedies, including the death of Gryz's parents and Rika's "father," Seed. He appears in a cloud of dark smoke, swirling his cape like a majestic emperor. His heavy armor cuts an imposing figure.
