Once the magical medicine, Alshline, has been applied to someone in the cursed city of Zema, the stone imprisoning the person begins to crack. As the cracks spread, the stone begins to fall away, like flakes of shell tumbling off an egg. This scene depicts an early part of this process as one of the Zema villagers is restored to normal life.
