Lutz is moving about quickly in this illustration. It comes from the final page of the magic spell list in the Japanese Master System instruction manual of Phantasy Star, page #36. One would think this might be an illustration of Lutz using a spell, especially since similar illustrations decorate previous pages. Perhaps it is the Wind spell, given the billowing of his cape and waving of his hair.
