This Palman is a tourist encountered near the spaceport in Carsonville on Dezoris. He is rather displeased with the city. He claims the Dezorians lie often, the police force is corrupt, and there is no enforcement of law in the streets. What is truly interesting about this screen, however, is that a car can be seen in the background. It is very rare to get a look at every day transportation in Algo. Most people have to walk everywhere, even when travelling between distant cities.
