This color piece based is on Phantasy Star Memorial Drama CD. All the characters featured here - Nei, Neifirst, Rolf, Chaz, Rika, and NM-2011 - have appearances in the drama, though some are only in the memories of the drama's new incarnation of Nei. Chaz is even included twice, representing both his flashback and Phantasy Star IV present versions in the drama. The artwork is by Tohoru Yoshida.
