Rika and Chaz take a break from their adventures to relax in a grassy field. This is very similar to a scene in the ending sequence of Phantasy Star IV, but not quite the same. In the ending scene, the two are dressed in casual clothes, while here we see them in their adventuring outfits (minus armor). Rika's pose is also different, though Chaz's prone position is the same. The sword is present only in this version, as well.
