Elsewhere, Rika has just jumped out of the Landale, which was hovering far above the ground of Motavia. Now, as she falls down to ground level, Chaz runs over to catch her. Let's hope he can make in time, before our heroine goes "splat." This scene has a pure white background as part of the artistic style in this sequence, which is meant to draw our attention to Chaz here.
