This bug eyed monstrosity is supposed to be the status and speaking portrait for Kyra in Xing Zhan Qing Yuan. As usual, it is a horrible representation of the character. It is also worth noting that she does not look anything at all like this her cutscenes. For some reason, the designers decided to butcher this even more than usual!
