After the heroes defeat Dark Force on Kuran, they return to Zelan to reactivate that space station and restore the normal climate controls. This scene is the final piece of a three part animation that shows Zelan's systems coming back online. Here, the systems are fully restored to operations.

It looks very technological. But what, they couldn't think of anything besides blue and yellow lights? lol

I guess at the time, that's what they expected computers of the future to look like. Kinda weird, though. :D
