Young Commander

In Generation 2, the Commander who governs Motavia appears to be a younger man. His hair has streaks of white instead of being entirely white. His military insignia has been traded in for huge shoulder guards. He still has that Jay Leno chin, though!

Another "Jay Leno" like in the original PS II !
But even if he have less white hair, for me he don't seem to be younger than in the original !
