WING EYE : We can see here the true YS fan ! Even if I am, I'll not pre-order it, even if I don't have the Vita (and maybe I'll never haveit... but who knows ? As I own a PSP, even if I don't use it very often

Ys is so far the only reason I want a Vita, so I will at least wait until then, I hope I will at least be able to afford one by next Christmas.

WING EYE : The only reason ? Me even for YS, I don't think I'll buy a PSVITA one day.. but who knows ?
For the Vita's owners, it's a great news ! At last a good game !

There are many interesting games on Vita, and many more coming before Ys Celceta will be released. I don't think the lack of games is no excuse for not buying a Vita. If it were a console for another company, the same old mediocre platform rehashed is always reason enough to buy the console, while people keep ignoring the good Vita library (Uncharted, Assassin's Creed Liberation, Persona 4 Golden, Gravity Rush, Disgaea 3, Zero Escape, Muramasa, Soul Sacrifice, God Eater 2, Killzone, PSO2, and plenty of games that hopefully will be localized).

TILI : As I'm watching the list of games you have posted, I'm in the same state of mind as before : for ME the Vita is not worth buying it...too expensive (even if there is a lower price now !) but that is only my own opinion

You know, it was actually around this time last year that XseeD did their announcement that Oath in Felghana and Ys Origin were coming to Steam. Makes me wonder what Ys announcements they'll have for us next year.

Hmm. I should go check and see how much Oath in Felghana costs. I loved Ys VI, and I know that uses the same engine.

Okay, I'm back, and yes, I really did just go and check Steam.

Ys Origin is $19.99.
Ys I + II Chronicles + will be released Feb 13, and is on sale for $12.74 (normally $19.99.)
Ys: Oath in Felghana is $14.99.

.....Should I complain that I spent like $50 to buy the PS2 version of Ys VI back when it was new?

Probably. It's not like Ys was a hot property in the US in 2003.

Okay, having gone through Ys I & II Chronicles+, it's a pretty solid release- there's a minor video bug, but it only occurs well after the ending sequence of Ys II is over with.
