While the Xbox is a very popular video gaming system, it seems the system is being used for more things that just playing video games. More people are using it for listening to music and watching TV:

I use mine mostly for games, but I do occasionally watch DVDs on it. I haven't tried the whole cable box aspect of it, but I have toyed around with the idea of watching Youtube or Netflix on it. Never really got around to that, though.
