The annual woolly worm festival was held last saturday and the winner, Jack, has already given signs and predictions for the upcoming winter:

Anyone ever heard of predicting the weather this way?

A caterpillar's stripes? I've heard many folk tales of ways to predict weather, but I have to say that's a new one on me. I wonder if it will be accurate...
