I still have it somewhere, but back around 2010 Microsoft had their "BlueTrac" line of optical mice, and one particular cordless mouse they introduced targetted the laptop user market with a USB receiver that featured 1GB of built-in storage. So your USB wireless mouse dongle doubled as a 1GB USB flash drive. Was a very cool concept, and I did use mine.
