World's biggest Cow

Chilli is currently the world's biggest cow at 6'7" and weighs over a ton.

So cute, but big!!

You know you're in the sustainability world when your first question is "How much methane does that animal produce?" Then you open the article, and read that the steer eats grass, not grain, which is what they are supposed to eat and it drastically reduces the amount of methane they produce in their gut. And then you breathe a little sigh of relief.

That's basically the outline of my first reaction. And that is one big steer.

Seems before Danniel, a cow named Blossom held the title. I wonder what happened to Chilli! Will have to google it and find out.

Oh my word, can you just imagine having to care for this huge cow! Still, she is kind of cute!
