What's your favorite method of fantasy travel?

Throughout games, movies, and books there are all kinds of different methods of travel. Some are magical and amazing, others are scientific or ordinary. Teleportation portals, flying carpets, broomsticks, floating castles, giant winged cats, and time traveling cars are just a few of them. Out of all the various ways you've seen or read about, which is your favorite?

Personally, I really liked the car from Knight Rider. Super fast and great gadgets to boot! 8)

I dunno. In games, I've always liked the simplicity of getting a boat and exploring the seas, listening to the music that goes along with it. :D

As far as movies go... I like car things.

Some kind of airship. A flying ship designed to look like an old pirate style boat. That would be neat! :D

Interesting question. I have always been fascinated with flying carpets. I don't know why. I think there used to be a cartoon or something of that sort where the character traveled around on a magic flying carpet, or maybe that was a jeannie out of a bottle or something. I forget. Anyway, I'd like that, but I don't know what would happen if it began to rain as there would be no shelter from the rain. :gloomy:

Then I'd imagine that the carpet would get wet...and from being soaked and soggy, I doubt it could stay in the air for long! :o

I bet it would hurt if you fell because the carpet stopped flying. :ouch: Hey, maybe you could fly above the clouds. :hmm: Or maybe get it waterproofed!
