Generally, by the end of the game, in a small homage to PSII and laziness on my part, I dont add anyone to my PSIV party at the end, and keep a 4-(wo)man(droid) team.

I always keep it to the default order.

Hard to tell, but in my memories, Wren the first, then Chaz and after Rika, then Demi and Rune but as it depends at wich time of the game you tell this, it'sv just hard to tell ! But the strongers at the front row and the "weaks" behind !
