Hamburgers (home cooked), Mac & Cheese, and Beans. Still way to hot to cook very much but need some comfort food. :)

Today is Thansgiving Day so we had Turkey and Dressing, Ham, Sweet Potato Souffle, Cranberry Sauce, Green Beans, Turnip Greens, Corn, Mac & Cheese, Apple Pie, Pecan Pie, Fruitcake, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and Ice Cream for later. I have been cooking all week and it was all very tasty.

Too hot to cook very much today. Corned Beef sandwiches and some sliced pear halves for dessert.

We may be eating some Corned Beef and Cabbage today or some other type of Irish Foods since today is St. Patrick's Day. Maybe having some Irish Potatoes too. Sounds delicious.
