Just cooked some Pork Chops for New Year's Day dinner tomorrow (and possibly for tonight's dinner as well).
Tomorrow we will have the traditional Cornbread, Rolls, Blackeye Peas, Turnip Greens, along with the Pork Chops and possibly some cube steak as everyone here does not like pork chops. Add to that some Green beans, Mashed Potatoes, Yams, and Corn, and that all sounds so good! Yum!!

Tommorow evening it was very simple ! As in french and english it is the same : canapés and petits fours ! Plus some ice creams and champagne to finish, some macarons and it was perfect, with the family !

Stomach is a little upset today and so I just finished eating a few salty nabisco crackers. They were pretty good all by themselves.

Corned Beef today for lunch since I was not able to eat any yesterday. It was okay. Skipped the cabbage for now though, lol.
