Yes, it makes the game much more difficult for those who can't read Japanese like me. The roadpass in particular gives a lot of people trouble. For that you have to talk to someone in Parolit, then certain people in Scion in a certain order, then the shop keeper who sells it. And you have to talk to all of these people multiple times. Kaloes has a post on here somewhere detailing the process, I believe. I expect the Casba dragon is similar.
