Currently playing Vanquish. It's quite a third-person shooter, and it feels just a whole lot more dynamic than other kinds of played because of the sheer number of movement options. It's also kinda a Japanese guy's version of an American action movie, story-wise.
Also playing Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War, which is about as bonkers as any historical game made by the Dynasty Warriors team should be. Gameplay-wise it's a kinda "eh", but in other aspects it's totally bonkers and I love it. After all, the Hundred Years War was the ultimate conflict between the French and English and their various allies, like the Welsh. And the Irish. And the Germans. And the Italians. And the Scottish. And the Vikings. And the Turks. And the Arabs. And the Tuareg. And the Mongols. And the Chinese. And the Mali. And the Romans (Constantinople was still around, thanks). And the Samurai. Basically the idea is that the Hundred Years' War was so big, that anyone with a sword and some spare time decided to head on over and try their luck. And the accents are strong.
