too many careless people tried to save money by keeping 4-season tires all year long. Those do not survive Quebec winters.

And the meteorologists agree that this year will be a winter to remember. Cold, heavy, hard.

Same here. After the ;ast winter, whioch ws the ahrdest we've had in maybe a decade, they say it'll happen again

oh? In quebec, this last winter was really a wimp, almost no snow, it was basically done in mid feb.

Well we don't normally get such ahrd winters now. Maybe about 12 years since the last one, but last year was harsh. And it lasted until march in the highlands

Then again, if we get nmaybe 1cm of snow anytime the country grinds to a halt
