Would you volunteer for this "mission to Mars"?

Nah, probably not. If they're really going to simulate living on Mars for any length of time, that probably means no contact with the outside world. No internet, no video games, nothing really for fun. I'd be bored out of my skull. I'd also have the fact that it was just a simulation in the back of my head all the time, which would alter my experience taint the study.
