Phantasy Star: Fringes of Algo

I'm not talking about characters such as likeable villains like Jafar or Hades, I'm talking about the characters that are such jerks that you love to hate them. And Disney has had quite a few of them. Also, this thread is exclusively Disney only, and not including their subdivisions like Pixar, Marvel & Lucasfilm. Off the top of my head, these characters are just slime, plain and simple:

King Triton|The Little Mermaid
John Ratcliffe|Pocahontas
Frollo|The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Razoul|Aladdin (I know he wasn't really a villain later on, but he still holds a grudge against Aladdin just because he's a street rat. Prejudice much?)
The Sheriff of Nottingham|Robin Hood
Gaston|Beauty and the Beast
Ed Dillinger|TRON
Allister Krei|Big Hero 6
Bellweather|Zootopia

You're missing a few people here!

Lyle Rourke (Atlantis: The Lost Empire), who wanted to steal a massive Atlantean power crystal and doom its civilization to extinction, and hired a bunch of mercenaries to help make it happen. At least he had the dignity of dying horribly for his sins.

Scroop (Treasure Planet), who was a murderous space pirate. Jim Hawkins kicked him into space.

Shan Yu (Mulan). Warlord of the Huns. Had an entire village razed at the Tung Shao pass to bait the Chinese army into an ambush. Lost a sword fight to Mulan, who proceeded to blow him up with a massive firework. Disney movies *are* for kids, right?

Bill Sykes (Oliver and Company). Mafia loanshark, kidnapper, horrible human being, played chicken with a subway train (SPOILER: He lost.)

This may just be my opinion, but even though he's not a villain by any means, Zazu from the Lion King always struck me as a bit of a jerk.

I mean also Scar. He's a great villain and just so purely evil.

Frollo was pretty bad. XD I remember rewatching some scenes of the Hunchback of Notre Dame, and I thought: Wow, this movie's kinda dark.
