No major plans. But my day job is working at an environmental organization, so...
Realistically though, if Earth Day is the only day you consider your impact on the environment, you 're missing the point. Planting a tree or cleaning up litter on Earth Day is a great thing. But you could achieve something far greater with changes in your day to day life. If you drive to work, consider an alternative like carpooling, biking, walking or taking public transit. Replace old incandescent bulbs with more efficient bulbs like CFLs or even better, LEDs. Your wallet will thank you for that one in energy savings (we installed all LEDs earlier this year and they already paid for themselves and then some). If you eat a lot of red meat (like beef) consider cutting back to once a week at most, both for the environment and your health. Have one day of the week where you won't eat any meat. If you're really ambitious and can afford it, weatherize your home or consider going solar.
