Nintendo lawsuit

I saw this article with some disturbing news regarding Nintendo Wii patent:

That's going to put a serious hurt on Nintendo if they lose the appeal also. Phillips will either get a huge royalty payment or stop sales of Nintendo's current consoles in the affected region altogether. Usually the royalty payment is the way these things seem to go, but even that could put a serious dent in Nintendo's bank account.

Update on this story. It looks like Nintendo and Phillips have settled their differences on this matter:

However, Nintendo is now involved in another unrelated lawsuit with an actor who formerly played the role of Donkey Kong:
