As far as I know, cross saves, cross buys, and cross Trophies are all up to the developers. Sony allows the developers to utilize them, but ultimately it's up to the developer of the game.
Wolf Bird, you seem to be into buying the Vita HD collection remakes, so I'll warn you that the God of War HD collection on Vita has been slightly changed to include some mandatory touch screen controls, and some people say they don't work out very well. If you already have the PS3 God of War collection I would just stick with that.

Agh, that bothers me. The thing is, I WOULD buy these, but the lack of cross-save just kills that as an option for me. These games aren't exactly short, and if I have it on console and Vita, I'd like it to cross-save between platforms, so I can play some at home in the evening, then pick up right where I left off when I'm on the bus on my morning commute. Without that, no point in buying them, at least for me. I mean, I'm glad these are on Vita, they're great games that deserve to be played by as many people as possible, but for me, without cross-save, I see no point in buying them.
Again though, I'd make an exception if Okami came to Vita, cross-save or not. I'd be all over that.

Other games: Skyrim Special Edition (Switch), Spyro Reignited Trilogy (Switch & PS4), Okami (Switch & PS4)
Other gaming goals: completing a Living Pokedex (minus some event Pokes) and going through at least 1 game per generation
