Cats and Heavy Metal Music

Ever wonder about your favorite musicians and their pets? An interesting new book is out with lots of photos of some Heavy Metal Rock musicians with their pet Cats. Terrific idea and some of the proceeds from the book will be donated to no-kill animal shelters!!

Ha ha, those are definitely some heavy metal cats! It's easy to see the connection between cats and metal in a lot of these pictures, the hair definitely gives it away. My cats are also very metal.

Ha ha, I had seen this earlier today as it showed up on my Facebook feed. See, we metal heads have a gentle side. 
Another neat story along these lines…Skeletonwitch raised $2,100 from their fans and donated it to a Humane Society in their hometown. Plus one of the band members adopted a cat! It was on their Facebook page yesterday.

I am not familiar with that band but glad to see they love animals also.I would like to see some more of the pictures in the book. I wonder if anyone from Sabaton is in there???
