I'm a little conflicted on this next "ridiculous" story. I'd be interested in hearing everyone's opinions on this one:
http://now.msn.com/living/0428-cheater-sues-school.aspxOkay, here's what I'm thinking...first the Dad must be somewhat of a jerk to try and sue a school because HIS son was caught cheating. Duh, if you're son is cheating, then something is wrong somewhere because that is dishonest and should not be allowed anywhere. Behaviour like this should be stopped or dealt with by the parents, etc. Thus, this is a silly law suit.
However, on the other hand, if you read the entire story very carefully, you will see a mention that the school may have a policy where it says they have to be caught cheating "twice"!!! If that is indeed a school policy, then as stupid as it is, then I think the Father may indeed have a pretty good case here as this might have been his son's first time cheating and the Father/son could possibly win this in court.
Any other opinions on this anyone????
