When explaining the history of the Alisa III, a cutscene reveals that many massive ships escaped from the destruction of Palma. Several of these world ships are shown on screen at one time, with differing sizes used to indicate distance from the planet. This is the second largest size. If you look closely, you'll just barely be able to make out the green indicating grasslands in interior of the domes.
