I saw a story on Fox & Friends show this morning about some guy that is very unhappy with this character being gay. It seems like the character was one of his very favorites, so much so that he had a very large tatoo of the character put on his back at considerable time, expense, etc., etc., etc. Now, people are saying the man might be gay because it seems the character is gay, and the man says he is not gay! So, he is pretty upset about this new revelation, to put it mildly. :bang:

I guess that's something to think about when considering what type of tatoo to get. :?

I wonder if the man might have a legal case here of some type? It happens with everything else under the sun, why not this one too?

I don't see how he would have grounds to sue the author, unless he licensed the image of the character to use in the tattoo. What are the chances of that? It's not very likely, I think.

He might be able to sue people calling him gay for libel (or is it slander?). I'm not sure how that would work. I would be looking into laser removal of the tattoo if I was him.
