No updated translation at all, though Nintendo did remove the green crosses from the hospitals and make them green Hs instead. So I guess this means Rolf sees the H, says "Hey, free hentai!" and strolls on in.

Rolf: "Hey, free hentai!"

Rolf walks into the hospital and picks up a book on human anatomy. He begins to flip through it.

Rolf: "This is a little more then I wanted to see...hey there's a picture of Amy naked in here!

She hears him from outside.

Amy: Well, do you have any idea how expensive medical school is?!

Hall? That's a new one to me. I'll have to look for a copy of that manual to see that.

I've always thought so, too. The weird thing is that most of the time, PSI gets left out unless it's a collection of only Phantasy Star games. If there's just one game being released, Sega always goes for PSII first.

since playing the new Phantasy Star I i have a great appreciation for it with its style of gameplay. The only reason they probably go for PSII first is probably old style first person view dungeon crawlers don't appeal to gamers now adays. mainly its just all about the graphics and battle systems/storyline. even though PSII had little storyline the battle system made up for it i guess.

You know, now that I think about it Thoul, I think I know why. Because of a combination of the success of the Genesis, and the unfortounately poor sales of the Master System, most people would know about PSII instead of the first one. Or so I'm assuming.

That makes sense. Going with the game more people would know seems like a good strategy.

When I was a kid we'd usually go to the gamestore every now and then and rent games, I would always see Phantasy Star II but always wondered, "If this is Phantast Star II then where did the first one go?" so I guess its only natural that most people would know more about Phantasy Star II instead of I
