Hey, that would make more sense! :o I wonder why they didn't swap the Adan and Aron endings? Though you're probably right, Tsunami. They probably thought it would be neat to alter the future.

Wait, now I'm confused. So the black hole is in two endings? I haven't seen them all and don't remember reading about being in two before.

Yes. Aron and Adan both encounter the black hole when the ships fire at each other and the Neo Palm knocks the Alisa III off its course, while Crys and Sean both have the ship's course altered (in Crys's scenario they say Siren did this) and head right for the sun.

(I definitely need to use spoilers more, haha)

I see, so the events in Ayn and Nial's times lead up to different events in the last story. Okay, now I think I understand it better. Thanks. :D

while Adan is the one who continues the journey through space

But Adan also finds a star system to finish his journey...

«Hello, this is Aerone. Thanks for your help. We're once again back on our original course. Without you, Dark Force would have prevailed. We're going toward the brightest star up ahead. We're heading for one of its planets--the third one out from the star. It is perfect for us. At last we're nearing the end of our journey!»

the only ending that they may continue through space is the same where they met Neopalm.

I think there are "only 3" endings:

1- Sean: they met another ship (NeoPalm)* and continue their voyage.

2- Crys: They escape to 'the sun' and head again to their original course, where they find the 3rd planet of a star system to land

2- Adan: They escape to 'black hole' and ahead again to their original course, where they find the 3rd planet of a star system to land (same as Crys)

3- Aron: They can't escape to the 'black hole' (as predicted by "Gwen" in Adan's universe), otherwise the ending would be the same as Adan's (which is "same" as Crys).

-
* - I don't know if the went again to their original course - which would be approaching to a nearby star system. If these guys do that (and if the other guys -from Aron's universe- didn't went throught the black hole) all the endings would 'end' in the same way.

I always looked at Adan/Gwyn's story like this. The story of Adan and Aron's are similar in the end but they follow seperate paths. Why is this you may ask? It can all be related to Gwyn. You see as we know somethings can and cannot be changed by our actions. But certain actions can change the outcome of any situation, whether it be for the better or worse. In Adan's timeline his sister was having visions of a terrible disaster there was a black hole. That vision would change the outcome of many peoples futures. In Aron's timeline there is no warning of this blackhole until they find it on their own. So they could not avoid the blackhole and ended up being thrown across space and time into another galaxy. The point is in the Rhys/Nial timeline if Gwyn was never born the AlisaIII would never be able to escape the blackhole and the process would continue to repeat itself as we believe in the Aron timeline about time travel.

Hmm... Interesting. So in /Rhys/Nial universe could be this other opportunity* to change things (thanks to that black-loopy-hole), at least until /Rhys/Nial choose the "proper" woman or /Rhys marries the Layan girl (which could lead to pso ruins... > here I am, once again, with the ruins thing...).

They should make an interactive anime with this game, where at the moment of marriage we simply choose the "destiny" with our blu-ray command (like a chapter menu) and in that way having the four endings. Or... simply release 4 OAV.

* - I'm not saying the black hole by itself is bad... but Earthman usually are in PS series. Besides, bringing DF to them should have been the cause for our destruction.

Sean's is my favorite, the only one I could see morphing into a "fourth generation" sequel. Aron's ending really is the only "canonical" one though, it ties directly back to PSII where the other two "earth endings" just make the timeline more confusing.

Huh, never heard of that before :o What's the story behind it?

I like the thought of them finding other ships and building some kind of galactic force. XD
Everything has a pattern. Something set. Even random things. They aren't random at all, its complex mathematics. The trick is to find the pattern. Then you can exploit it.

People think things have a certain end. Taxes. Work. Due dates don't really exist. Trust me. When you put a band of world scholars in the same room, and set them on talking about anything, the most interesting topics come up. The existence of negative time. The probability of "random occurrence". The government's involvement in the media. And falsified due dates. They aren't real, trust me....
