PS in Brawl

I'm just interested in everyone's thoughts on this. Feel free to answer whatever parts you want...

If you could put any PS character at all, good or bad, from the classic series in Super Smash Brothers: Brawl, who would it be? Why do you choose that character? How would they play (like speed, strength, etc) and what would some of their special moves, throws, smash/aerial attacks and/or final smash be? What could their "home stage" be, and what items or assist trophies could they put in from PS to complement the playable character?

If you don't know SSB: Brawl, go here:
http://www.smashbros.com/en_us/index.html

And I guess it's only fair for me to give my pick on these, which is...Demi! She's my favorite character and there's also quite a lack of female characters in the SSB series. In combat, Demi would actually be pretty good, it's just that in old RPGs like PSIV you can't put weapons like what she has to creative use. She also doesn't wield a sword, which is nice as I think Brawl will have enough swordsmen as it is, with the confirmed ones and assuming Melee characters all return. She wouldn't be a speed character, which is a plus for me as I'm not a big fan of the speed characters in SSB.

For playing her...she'd definitely be a bit strength-oriented, but not too terribly slow (medium-fast, maybe?). For weight class, even though she's small, an android, and covered in armor, that'd boost her weight to maybe the heavy end of medium or light end of heavy. Point is, she can take a decent beating before flying too far off the screen. She'd heal automatically, and being small and decently fast, she might be a somewhat difficult target to hit. On the bad side...she's small, so her melee attacks would have to be short range. To counter the automatic healing, standard healing items wouldn't affect her when she picks them up, which is quite a disadvantage in SSB. I'd say she'd be an average jumper...not too bad but not a REALLY awesome jumper either.

I don't know what Demi's standard smash or aerial attacks could be, but I've got ideas for specials and throws. She's got a gun...standard B move is simply charging/firing it like Samus. Side B...I've got two ideas. It could be Phonon, and the closer you are to her, the more it hurts. Or it could be her stasis beam, where she just stuns her opponent; the more damage they've taken, the longer they're stunned and open to attack. Up B/recovery...she can emit sparks, so let's use them like Pikachu's quick attack. Down B...ground spark. She sends a spark into the ground and the distance it travels depends on the terrain, and it throw her foes straight up if you hit it. And how about for her up throw, she grabs a foe, throws them on her back, and electrocutes them? I call it "Electric Arch." ;) Still working on a final smash; her Phonon may not be a special because it's her strongest weapon and may be best used as part of her final smash.

Only Nurvus could be her stage, and for items, let's put in the repair kit. Heals all damage on her, but doesn't appear too frequently. Assist trophies...Wren has the closest association to Demi, so maybe he could be one. He comes out and whoever nearest to him gets a posi-bolt shot to the face.

I need something to occupy my thoughts during study breaks at college. :p

Interesting question... and given that Sonic is in, it's possible other Sega characters might appear.

I'd like to see Myau in. I'm not sure what most of this attacks could be. Some type of claw slash for basic attack, and perhaps some of his spells for specials. Terror could make a good stunning attack. He'd be kind of quick, but not too fast. Probably the same speed and size as Pikachu. Since Bowser's got a transformation thing, Myau could use that sort of set up as well.

Could be, but I think they limited third party characters to 2 or 3. So, with Sonic and Snake (looking forward to him) confirmed, there's only room for one more, but I hope they use that slot for something good. :hyper:

I think it would be funny to put in Alis. XD Don't know her character well at all, but she would look funny battling these mario characters.
Everything has a pattern. Something set. Even random things. They aren't random at all, its complex mathematics. The trick is to find the pattern. Then you can exploit it.

People think things have a certain end. Taxes. Work. Due dates don't really exist. Trust me. When you put a band of world scholars in the same room, and set them on talking about anything, the most interesting topics come up. The existence of negative time. The probability of "random occurrence". The government's involvement in the media. And falsified due dates. They aren't real, trust me....

Yeah, she would, but that's okay. I think most of the PS characters would look pretty funny battling all those Nintendo characters. Imagine Wren fighting Kirby, Yoshi and Wario. XD Isn't that just funny to even picture in your mind?

Kirby doesn't talk, he just sucks things up.

Personally, I'd like to see Nei in there, but I know it won't happen.

Speaking of Kirby, the little thing in your signature is brilliant and adorable, Tsumani. I love it.

Of course none of this will happen, this is just for theoretical fun, and I'm genuinely curious what people think. I like all the suggestions so far.
