Yes fried green tomatoes (and fried tomatoes in general) are so great and tasty ! But I haven't eaten some for a very long time now...alas :! But maybe one day ?
My favourite vegetables is : sweet/Bell Pepper ? (I don't know what is the exact name as it seems to be didfferent in "England" or in the US !)

Grilled Hamburger, mashed potatoes, and beans tonight. Kind of a light dinner but I am also cooking what I can early for Thanksgiving dinner. Tomorrow the Turkey goes in the oven to have it ready for Thanksgiving Day! Yum!

Thanksgiving Day dinner today consisted of Turkey, Dressing, Sweet Potato casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Turnip Greens, Cranberry Sauce, Rolls, Apple Pie, Coconut Cake, and more. I am stuffed, lol! It was soooooooooooooooooo good!

Fried bologna sandwiches this morning. Haven't had one of those in awhile. Tasted ok, I guess.

Cinnamon rolls, ham, and eggs for breakfast.

Later today it will be Turkey and Dressing, Sweet Potato Souffle, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, Rolls, and choice of Apple Pie, Fruitcake, or other cakes for dessert for dinner. Yum! Christmas only comes once a year...so enjoy it today!!!
