I had to laugh when I read this story of a lady using a Guitar Hero accessory to fight off some burglars:

Although I would not recommend anyone doing anything like this at all. It is best to phone the police or other authorities when something like this happens, if you have the time and ability to do so.
Still, atleast she was able to take care of herself at the moment.
