UP Big Boy going to be restored

The largest steam locomotive in the world, called, Big Boy is going to be restored to operating condition. The 844 and 3985 Challenger are already running, but it looks like sometime in the future, we'll have the biggest one in the world running around. I'm excited about this. I can't wait to see it running.

That would be terrific. I love trains. They are fascinating. Sure lots of steam there. I only watched about half the video for now but will try and watch the rest later.

Update! Big Boy 4014 is currently on a main rail line owned by Union Pacific! It's being pulled by a Diesel UP 4884. They did that on purpose, because 4884 is Big Boy's wheel alignment XD. 4 pilot wheels, 1 set of 8 drivers, another set of 8 drivers, and 4 wheels for the garage-sized firebox. It's gigantic! <3

By the way, alot of people look down on steam engines because they put out so much smoke and emissions. As true as that is, I can't wait to see this locomotive restored! As you can probably tell, I'm a huge fan of steam locomotives.
